Who can leave a review?

Only the two parties to a completed order processed through Relibro. The 14-day review period starts when the buyer confirms receipt. Each party can submit one review of 1 to 5 stars per order.

Review independently first

The other review stays hidden until both parties have submitted, or after 14 days. It is also excluded from the profile average and count until then. This prevents someone from seeing a negative review and responding with a negative review in return.

Reviews cannot be changed after submission. No new reviews can be submitted after the deadline. If only one party submits, that review becomes visible when the period ends. If neither submits, no automatic review is created.

Purchases and sales count

Profiles show five stars and the number of all visible reviews. Each review indicates whether it was received as a buyer or seller. The average is calculated from all visible reviews and rounded to the nearest half star for display.

How to leave a review

Open the completed order under “Purchases & sales”, select the stars and click “Submit review”. The review deadline is also shown there.

Questions about a review?

Contact support about insults, threats or a review assigned incorrectly. A negative experience alone is not a reason to remove a review. Bewertung melden
